Spa trip

On Monday April 27th the THS Aesthetics classes went to the Esthétique SPA International show at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre. The show allowed the students to experience La Dolce Vita – The Sweet Life.

The Esthétique SPA International show is for aesthetic professionals and students to showcase the most current products and procedures within the industry. Students were able to view demonstrations in microdermabrasion, permanent and semi-permanent makeup, Fake Bake tans, facials, makeup application and products, waxing, manicures, eyebrow tint, pedicures and nail art. Distributors were on hand to sell the products required to run a spa which ranged from the nail polish to furniture.

The show was a great way for the students to learn about the larger aesthetics industry and see application of the knowledge and skills they have learned this year. See more pictures in our Gallery to view students experiencing a little of La Dolce Vita.
